What is Lock-In Time?

Lock-In Time is the cutoff point at which a game is confirmed or canceled based on the minimum required number of players. This ensures a balance between allowing last-minute signups and guaranteeing a reliable playing experience.

Lock-In Time for Early Games (starting at or before 9 AM) is 11 PM the previous night.

Lock-In Time for Day/Evening Games (starting after 9 AM) is 2 hours before the game start time (e.g., for a 6 PM game, lock-in happens at 4 PM).

For Events, Clinics and Tournaments

We do not offer refunds for cancelling a confirmed slot in any events, clinics or tournaments.
